Simple to use
Simplicity is something we consider to be of vital importance. We are constantly striving to provide the most intuitive ways to accomplish every task you need to do throughout the debt collection process. We know that many of our users are not computer experts and we want it to be simple for them to get their job done as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
Account management
Debtflow handles your account management from importing or manually capturing hand overs to helping with phone calls, SMS and letter sending. The current status of an account is tracked at all times. Everything that happens to an account is recorded so you always know exactly where you are with an account and can determine the best course of action at any point in time.
Reporting
We have a large number of reports already built in allowing you to manage your business, the accounts you're working, the agents working on your accounts and your financial position. We also have a powerful custom reporting tool that makes it easy to build your own reports as you need them.
Security
All traffic is encrypted using SSL. User accounts and roles provide you with the flexibility to manage who has access to what information so that your staff can get their job done without having access to more information than necessary.
Customisation
A lot of the system is customisable to your business and can be adjusted at company and client level so you can manage different client books in the way best suited to your client's requirements.
Client Access
You can give your clients access to their own book so they are able to monitor the progress in their own time.
